I loved the refreshing welcome drink and light foot massage at Serenity Spa to kickstart my relaxation journey. The spacious room had all the amenities I needed, plus a bathtub for a soothing soak. The rooftop pool was the perfect spot to soak up the sun. The hotel's diverse dining options catered to all tastes, and the health club was top-notch. The staff were helpful in planning my activities. a great stay in a vibrant neighborhood with plenty to explore. My British love for a proper cuppa was fully satisfied here!

The room size, amenities, and the convenience of being close to the airport made my stay enjoyable. However, the poor soundproofing of the windows and the lack of cleanliness in some areas can be improved.

Reservation issues, unexpected charges.

During my transit in Dubai, I stayed at Flora Inn Hotel Dubai Airport, and I was impressed by the convenience of its location. Situated at a distance of 0.5 km from Ggico, the hotel provided easy access for my short stay. the proximity of the hotel, only a 20-minute drive from the Financial Centre, made it extremely convenient for me to manage my affairs before continuing my journey.

The only minor inconvenience I encountered during my stay was the inconsistency in pricing when I requested to extend for two more nights. The confusion between the initial offer and the subsequent communication from the reception caused a slight inconvenience.

the hotel is clean and well-furnished. it's close to the airport, and there's a metro station nearby. the staff is friendly and the breakfast buffet is excellent. a shuttle service to the airport is available - which is very convenient.

The room was comfortable and clean, with attentive staff. Relaxing at the rooftop pool and nearby landmarks like Creek Park and Wonderland Theme & Water Park added to the family bonding experience.

I stayed at this luxurious hotel that provides enhanced comfort and quality services. This place is very close to the airport and it was easy to get to the metro from here. The staff who assisted me during my arrival and check-out were exceptional. They were polite, cheerful and went out of their way to accommodate me. The service room service was great - they didn't ignore any request. The hotel has leisure spa and wellness center, a sauna, swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, and sun terrace apart from a fitness center. The rooms were equipped with electric kettle, flat-screen TV, and telephone. my stay here was quite comfortable and left me refreshed.

Shoutout to Edrry, the concierge guy, who was super helpful too, total MVPs. The rooms were huge, mega comfy bed, and everything was fresh and modern, felt like a cozy sanctuary after a long flight. Sadly, the check-in mishap was a slight downer, but the staff more than made up for it with their awesome service! 💫

The room was so cozy and spacious, and the kids absolutely loved the 49-inch LED Smart TV and the super fast Wi-Fi. The connecting rooms were a game-changer for us, giving everyone their own space and privacy.

The hotel's flexibility in letting me change rooms to enjoy a view of the city and traffic was a pleasant surprise. The travel desk went above and beyond in helping me plan my itinerary for the Burj Khalifa and desert safari. I must also appreciate the hotel manager who promptly resolved an unforeseen issue on my last night. The service provided by the reception agent and IT officer Subash was top-notch. this hotel impressed me with its professional staff, spacious rooms, great location, and stunning rooftop pool area.

We recently had a comfortable stay at a newly renovated hotel near the airport. It only took us 5-10 minutes by taxi/Uber to reach the airport, which was perfect for our stopover flight. the hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and professional. the hotel also offered connecting rooms, which were well-furnished and suitable for families or groups with children. the coffee shop in the lobby was amazing, and the rooftop pool was clean and heated. it was a great experience.

They were polite and attentive, making sure we had a pleasant stay from start to finish. the breakfast served was delicious, with hot coffee made to order even at 4 am. the location, despite being near the airport, was surprisingly quiet and offered easy access to various attractions in Dubai.

One area that could be improved is the check-in process. Despite requesting a room with two toilets and beds, we had to wait longer than expected for our rooms to be ready.

My third stay at Flora Inn was a delight with a room upgrade and late checkout. The spacious suite was cozy, and the Iftar Buffet was worth it. Mahesh's exceptional service stood out. Despite minor issues with towels, the caring staff made my overall experience wonderful.

The signage at the back entrance was confusing, leading to a slight inconvenience when arriving at the hotel. Clearer communication regarding the entrances would prevent any confusion for guests.

The hotel's own temperature-controlled swimming pool located on the rooftop was undoubtedly a highlight of my stay. Savoring the warm sun on the deck surrounding the outdoor pool was a rejuvenating experience after a long day of meetings. Additionally, a visit to the spa was a must-do, offering blissful massages, body treatments, and facials that provided a much-needed relaxation. The on-site Health Club & Wellness Centre also stood out, offering invigorating massage treatments and ensuring a rejuvenating stay.

A fantastic stay at Flora Inn Hotel! I stayed for 11 days and was impressed with the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were full and not flat. They provided a generous amount of toiletries, making it easy to travel light. The hotel is conveniently located, only 10 minutes from the airport and a short 5-minute walk to the metro station. Check-in and out were efficient, and the staff took great care of my luggage. The breakfast at Monsoon restaurant was delicious, with a caring and kind team who remembered my preferences.
